Sri Dewarukkharama temple's monastery is under construction due to decaying of the walls and roof. new proposed building is estimated Rs. 16,300,904.51 (LKR) with complete structure and finishing. Building development already started with the current donations and continuing with ongoing contributions.
This building is planned to use for below programs and locations.
1. Daham School for village childrens'
2. Sangawasa for all monks lives in temple and guest monks
3. Hall for village events and temple events
4. Hall for poya day program which is very valuable for villagers and other contributors
5. Hall for travelers who needs temporary stay
6. Other purposes which are helpful for all humans
